1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, sessions, online appointments, courses and any other offerings provided by Bianca Adhartha – Mantra-Wellness®.
Client terms that differ from these T&C shall not apply unless confirmed in writing.
2. Nature of Services / No Medical Treatment
The services offered — including Mantra Chikitsa, Reiki, Meditation, energetic support, Coaching and online sessions — are intended for:

relaxation

inner clarity
-
personal awareness
-
energetic balance
-
conscious orientation
These services are not medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic treatments.
Accordingly:

no medical or psychological diagnoses are provided
-
no therapy is conducted
-
no medical advice is given
-
no healing promises are made
-
no medical complaints are treated
These methods do not replace consultation or treatment by licensed physicians, psychologists, or psychotherapists.
3. Client Responsibility
Participation in all sessions is voluntary and at the client’s own responsibility.
Clients agree to inform Bianca Adhartha in advance if:

they are undergoing medical or psychological treatment
-
they take psychiatric or other strong medication
-
they experience acute crises, trauma, or unstable psychological conditions
For health-related concerns, clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or therapeutic support.
4. Exclusion From Participation
Bianca Adhartha reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if:

medical or psychological risks are apparent
-
the method appears unsuitable
-
client safety cannot be ensured
Any prepaid fees for sessions not carried out will be refunded.
5. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Appointments are scheduled via the online booking system.

Cancellations up to 24 hours prior: free of charge
-
Cancellations within 24 hours: 100% of the session fee
-
No-shows: full session fee applies
Exceptions may be granted in individual cases.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is made in advance through the online booking system.
Prices displayed at the time of booking apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bianca Adhartha is not liable for:

physical, emotional or mental reactions during or after a session
-
personal decisions or actions taken by the client
-
technical disturbances in online sessions
-
force majeure events
Liability for minor negligence is excluded.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal information is treated confidentially and not shared with third parties unless required by law.
The website’s Privacy Policy applies additionally.
9. Recording of Sessions
Audio, photo or video recordings during sessions are not permitted, unless expressly agreed to in writing by both parties.
10. Vouchers & Packages
Vouchers and session packages are:

non-transferable
-
non-refundable
-
must be used within the stated validity period
11. Changes to Services
Bianca Adhartha reserves the right to modify or adjust services, prices, content or formats at any time.
The applicable version is the one published on the website.
12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is the residence of Bianca Adhartha, as far as legally permissible.
