Mantra Chikitsa –
Traditional Application of Vedic Sound Fields

Mantra Chikitsa is the traditional application of specific Vedic sounds, spoken softly and directed with precision toward certain areas of the body or the energy field.
Each mantra carries its own vibrational structure and has been passed down through a classical Indian lineage over many generations.
The lineage I work in comes from the same family that originally entrusted these mantras to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
Anjana – my teacher – and her father before her were personal Vedic astrologers to Maharishi.
Through her, this knowledge and the precise application of the mantras were passed directly on to me.
Mantra Chikitsa does not work through suggestion or analysis, but through resonance, awareness, and the body’s natural capacity to re-order itself.

Session Structure
Each session begins with a short orientation.
After that, you sit or lie down comfortably while I speak the selected mantras very softly.
Depending on the application, the session may include:
-
gentle touch at specific points
-
a soft breath over a particular area
-
activation of the field through the hands
-
pure resonance work without physical contact
The process is quiet, clear, and effortless.
You do not need to do anything – you receive.

How Mantra Chikitsa works

In this lineage, each mantra is regarded as a precise impulse of sound that supports a specific form of order and balance.
Traditionally, it is said:
The sound reminds the inner intelligence of the body of its original rhythm.
In this way, balance, clarity, calm, and energetic alignment can be supported.

Online Sessions
Mantra Chikitsa can also be offered online.
The mantras are spoken softly as usual – simply without touch.
The resonance arises independently of location.
A quiet, undisturbed space is sufficient.
After the Session
It is recommended to:

-

Integration takes place quietly in the background.
There are no exercises or techniques you need to learn.
